Brent's friend Jacob (who also has AS) and his brother, Stefan, were swimming in the in-ground pool at my dad's house. Brent knew how to swim so he swam at the deep end while occasionally coming over to the shallow end to play with Jacob and Stefan, who haven't learned to swim yet. When we decided to go home that evening, Jacob was the first to get out. Brent stayed in the pool gathering all the pool toys before he got out. Jacob noted that Brent's shorts were wetter than his, but said he knew why. He said, "That's because Brent swam in the deep end of the pool." I started laughing and Brent said, "It's really because I was in the pool longer so I got wetter. Right?"
